How Subscriptions Work
Psilly Sip offers an optional subscription so you never run out. When you subscribe, we ship your order automatically at the interval you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You save on every order, and you can cancel whenever you want — no commitments, no hoops.
What You're Agreeing To
When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected. The charge includes the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping (if any). All subscription pricing and terms are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
Automatic Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. We will send you a reminder email before each renewal so there are no surprises. If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until you update your payment details.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No penalties, no fees, no questions asked.
To cancel:
- Log into your account on our website and manage your subscription directly, or
- Email us at help@psillysip.com with your order number
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Once cancelled, you will not be billed again.
Any orders that have already been processed and shipped before your cancellation are final and subject to our Refund Policy.
Pausing or Modifying Your Subscription
Not ready to cancel? You can also:
- Skip a shipment — delay your next order without cancelling
- Change frequency — switch between 30, 60, or 90 day intervals
- Update payment method — swap your card or payment details
- Change shipping address — update where we send your order
All changes can be made through your account dashboard or by emailing help@psillysip.com.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are covered by the same 60-day satisfaction guarantee as one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
Subscription charges for orders that have already shipped are not refundable unless the product is returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
