Refund & Return Policy
Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind Psilly Sip completely. If you try it and it's not right for you — for any reason — email us within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no restocking fees, no runaround.
This applies even if you've opened the product and used most of it. We'd rather you actually try it than send it back untouched. Just email help@psillysip.com with your order number and a quick note about what wasn't working for you, and we'll take it from there.
Returning an Unopened Product
If you'd like to return an unopened product, you have 60 days from your delivery date to do so. The product should be in its original sealed packaging.
Before you ship anything back, email us at help@psillysip.com and we'll send you a return address and instructions. Please don't send a return without hearing from us first — we can't guarantee we'll be able to process it otherwise.
Return shipping costs are on you unless we made a mistake with your order.
If Something Arrived Damaged, Defective, or Wrong
That one's on us. Email help@psillysip.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll either send a replacement straight away or refund you in full — including any shipping you paid. Your call.
What We Can't Refund
A small number of things fall outside our policy:
- Gift cards and promotional credits
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Orders where a chargeback has already been filed with your bank before you contacted us. We ask that you reach out to us first — we respond fast and resolve most issues the same day. If a dispute is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to contest it and your account may be put on hold while it's resolved.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return is received or your satisfaction guarantee request is approved, you'll get a confirmation email from us. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it — that part is outside our control.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges right now. If you'd like a different product or quantity, the easiest path is a refund through the guarantee and a new order.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription any time — no fees, no questions. Do it through your account dashboard or email us at help@psillysip.com. Cancellations kick in at the next billing cycle. If an order has already shipped before your cancellation, the standard return and guarantee terms above apply.
International Orders
We ship internationally and want it to be a good experience wherever you are. A few things to know:
- Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are charged by your government, not us — we're not able to refund those.
- If a package is returned to us because it was refused at customs or sent to a wrong address, we'll refund the product cost but not the original shipping.
EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. This is separate from — and in addition to — our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Please Talk to Us Before Filing a Dispute
If something went wrong, give us a chance to fix it before going to your bank. We reply within 24 hours on business days and sort out most problems the same day. Filing a chargeback without reaching out first can slow things down and may result in your account being flagged. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Supplement Disclaimer
Psilly Sip is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have an adverse reaction, stop use and speak with your healthcare provider. This doesn't affect your eligibility for a refund — you're still fully covered under our guarantee.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. If we make a significant change, we'll let active customers know by email.
