2. Products and Descriptions
We work to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings. Product descriptions, images, and formulations are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities sold to any individual, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
Supplement-specific notice: Psilly Sip products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada. Individual results may vary. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted and is being prepared for shipment.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs duties.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that your payment provider will honor the charges.
We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotional terms apply in addition to these Terms, and in case of conflict, the promotional terms govern.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at help@psillysip.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing help@psillysip.com. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, videos, and the overall design and arrangement — is owned by Psilly Sip or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our written permission.
"Psilly Sip" and our logos, product names, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written consent.

10. Shopify Platform
Our store operates on the Shopify platform. Any purchases you make are directly with Psilly Sip, not with Shopify. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transaction with us, including product quality, delivery, or any resulting injury or loss. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases from us.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSILLY SIP, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (INCLUDING SHOPIFY) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Alberta, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Psilly Sip regarding your use of our Services.
