Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your package is on its way.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Free Shipping
Qualifying orders ship free within Canada and the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the threshold — no code needed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The carrier is determined at the time of fulfillment based on the most efficient route to your address.
International Orders
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.
Psilly Sip is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date (or 25 business days for international orders), please contact us at help@psillysip.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email them to help@psillysip.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at your expense.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via Canada Post and USPS standard shipping only. Expedited services are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at help@psillysip.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if your order has not yet been picked and packed. Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship on a recurring schedule based on the frequency you selected. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. Subscription shipments follow the same processing and delivery timeframes listed above.
